1.  Executive Trainee (HRM)

• Number of Posts : 2
• Pay : Rs. 20,000 + Local Conveyance for the first 12 months. Upon successful completion of the 1-year probation/training period, the gross salary will be approximately Rs. 32,600/- (as Executive).
• Age Limit : 27 years
• Place of Posting : Guwahati, Assam
• Educational Qualification & Experience : Postgraduate degree (MBA-HR or MSW-HR) with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST and OBC) in the last qualifying exam. Candidates with a passion for working with rural disadvantaged communities to bring meaningful changes in their lives are encouraged to apply. Women candidates are highly encouraged.
