   Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking, is seeking to engage personnel on a contractual basis for immediate deployment at its Field Headquarters in Duliajan. The recruitment is open to candidates who are domiciles of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. The nature of work may involve shifts with demanding and hazardous tasks in remote OIL installations located in the company's production and exploration areas. Candidates may also be required to perform duties on an “On-Call” basis.

  • Passed 10th from a Government recognized Board/University
  • Passed ITI Electrician (2 years) from a Government recognized Board/University
  • Must possess Electrical Permit for workmen Part I & II
• Age Limit
  • General : 20 to 35 years
  • SC/ST : 40 years
  • OBC (NCL) : 38 years
• Pay Amount
  • Fixed emolument : ₹16,640.00(Rupees Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred and Forty) only per month based on attendance including paid leave, holiday, if any.
  • Variable emolument : ₹640.00(Rupees Six Hundred and Forty) only per day for each working day.

2. Contractual Mechanic (AC&R)

• Educational Qualification
  • Passed 10th from a Government recognized Board/University
  • Passed ITI AC&R Mechanic (2 years) from a Government recognized Board/University

  • Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency (Part I, II, III & IV)

  • General : 20 to 35 years
  • SC/ST : 40 years
  • OBC (NCL) : 38 years
• Pay Amount
  • Fixed emolument : ₹19,500.00 (Rupees Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred) only per month based on attendance including paid leave, holiday, if any.
  • Variable emolument : ₹750.00 (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty) only per day for each working day.
